Dignity Healing Has Joined Treatment Professionals in Alumni Services Network

Dignity Healing is proud to announce we are a member of the Treatment Professionals in Alumni Services (TPAS) Network.  This exciting organization provides a forum for collaboration and delivery of an outstanding alumni program, an essential part of the continuum of care we provide at Dignity Healing.

We believe that alumni services are a vital part of the recovery process.  Our commitment to high-quality care does not end when a client transitions out of treatment.  In addition to social connections for alumni, research demonstrates that continuing care decreases relapse rates.

The innovative resources available to us as part of this network will enhance our high-quality, evidence-based program.  Through access to best practices, webinars, educational opportunities, and leadership development for our alumni team, we are committed to delivering a robust and positive experience to our clients.  We are thrilled to be a member of TPAS and are confident we will become a leader in alumni services for treatment facilities.

About Dignity

Located in Palm Beach County, Florida, Dignity Healing offers inpatient substance abuse detoxification and residential treatment levels of care. We provide a safe and structured environment and round the clock medical supervision for our clients beginning recovery.  True healing begins in our beautiful and comfortable facility, and we understand that each patient has individual needs.  Our therapists and caseworkers design a dynamic treatment plan to meet our inpatient and outpatient clients’ needs.  Dignity Healing is committed to providing the highest level of care and services, all founded in evidence-based addiction treatment.

Addiction treatment programs give people the greatest opportunity to achieve lasting recovery. By approaching substance use disorders holistically, we treat all the symptoms presented by our clients.  Research consistently demonstrates the most effective way to treat an individual with substance use disorder is to address both the substance use and mental health diagnosis.

Mental health treatment begins as soon as possible.  As such, therapy is an essential element early in a robust, evidence-based treatment process. We will assign a primary therapist early in treatment, and many patients note that the things they learn and work through in the first few days of detox stick with them forever.

Our immersive treatment program incorporates multiple approaches.  Dignity offers inpatient recovery comprising individual, group and family therapy, lectures, films, disease-focused educational opportunities, medical assessment, and maintenance under the care of medical professionals, psychiatric services, and nutritional services.  There are coordinated community activities/outings as appropriate and therapeutic interventions, including recreational therapy, psychodrama, meditation, and yoga.  Patients have access to exercise and fitness activities for a healthy lifestyle.  Introduction to 12-step and other support groups is offered, and we are committed to effective case management services for the vocational, medical, employment needs of each patient.
